Please review these terms before creating an account or playing on Zula Casino.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and Zula Casino ("Company", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, accessing zulacasino-en.com, or participating in our social games and sweepstakes promotions, you agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility & Legal Age Restrictions

  • Residents of Washington (WA), Idaho (ID), Michigan (MI), and Georgia (GA) are strictly prohibited from participating in Sweeps Coins gameplay or prize redemptions.

3. Dual-Currency System (Gold Coins & Sweeps Coins)

Zula Casino utilizes a compliant dual-currency social gaming model:

  • Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens used exclusively for social and entertainment purposes. Gold Coins possess no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real prizes, and cannot be transferred or traded.
  • Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional sweepstakes entries that are provided 100% free of charge via promotional gifts, daily reloads, or mail-in entries. Won Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for real prizes pursuant to our redemption protocol.

4. "No Purchase Necessary" & Mail-in Requests (AMOE)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN PRIZES AT ZULA CASINO. A purchase of Gold Coins will not increase your chances of winning in promotional Sweeps play. Players may receive free Sweeps Coins by sending a handwritten Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) card adhering to the exact mailing instructions outlined in our official Sweepstakes Rules.

5. Account Verification (KYC) & Prize Redemptions

To maintain regulatory integrity and prevent fraudulent withdrawals:

  • All Sweeps Coins must be played through at least once (1x playthrough) before becoming eligible for redemption.
  • 1 eligible Sweeps Coin is redeemable for $1.00 USD in prize value.
  • Minimum redemption thresholds: 50 SC for electronic gift cards; 100 SC for direct ACH bank transfers.
  • Players must complete KYC verification (providing valid government photo ID and recent proof of address) prior to the processing of their initial redemption request.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:

  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotional coin drops.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or game-manipulation software.
  • Attempting to disguise geolocation using VPNs or proxy networks while located in prohibited territories.
  • Colluding with other players during tournament or leaderboard events.

7. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved through individual, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
